John Adams Student Leadership Team
The John Adams Neighborhood Association Student Leadership Team (JANA-SLT) is composed of current 5th grade students who have an interest in learning about leadership in its various forms. Students apply to be part of the group during the last few months of their 4th grade year and are chosen based on their application and teacher recommendation. Members of the group help with parent engagement activities, assemblies and other needs at school. They also learn from guest speakers about the different ways we can all lead in our own lives. We believe ALL students can find a way to serve and to lead by using their own personal gifts and skills.
