Welcome to John Adams Elementary School!  I am so fortunate to be able to serve as the Principal of John Adams.  Our school has a history of excellence and we will continue to build upon our school traditions with the support of our teachers, parents, students and community members.

A little more about me:

I became the Principal of John Adams in July of 2019.  Before coming to Adams, I worked as an administrator in Washington County Schools for 10 years, most recently serving as the Principal of Ridgeview Elementary.  Before becoming an administrator, I was a middle school math and reading teacher at West View School in Washington County.  

I earned my undergraduate degree from ETSU, a master’s degree from Tusculum College, an education specialist degree from Lincoln Memorial University, and my doctorate degree from ETSU.
